The conveyancing process went very smoothly. I appreciated the organised way that you introduced us to the sale process and the steps that would be needed to reach the end. The procedure was clear and easy to follow. The only glitch in the system was due to a third party problem with the proof of ID procedure. All else went smoothly. Interaction with Chantelle was friendly, professional and timely. Thank you for a great experience!
