Jo and her staff were very approachable. Jo helped us work through which reports we needed when buying our house and brought up issues about which we would have been unaware. The reports were emailed as received and allowed us to digest them as we approached settlement. Even with a glitch on settlement day, Jo contacted us early and we were able to rectify so settlement happened smoothly. Thank you for shouldering some of our uncertainty during the process.
