Chantelle was very organised and thorough. In fact, she was ahead of the game on many occasions. Despite my endless questions, she maintained a cheerful and humourous disposition, making it easy to call her when I needed advice (which was often). She was appropriately assertive and professional in dealings with the solicitors both for the house I sold and the house I purchased. I am not a person who trusts easily, but Chantelle earned my trust.
