I have used by the rules twice now and both times it was a flawless and incredibly easy process. Erin was our conveyancer this time around and she was responsive to my emails, kept me in the loop of processes and just made everything easy. This was our first time selling a house and it felt a lot simpler than we thought it would be. Without a doubt, when we purchase our next home, we will be using by the rules again. A+ service.
