I highly recommend to anyone. Great service above and beyond what would be expected. Erin gunson is professional and prompt with any and all questions you may have. Our settlement was to say unusal but Erin took it in her stride and made it happen for us. Erin even went in person to the other solicitors to see what was the hold-up. That shows how good by the rules are, going above and beyond. Thank you to Erin and the by the rules crew for out standing service. We will definitely use them again for our next perches or sale.
