Was advised by Real estate agent to use, and we are so grateful we did. Very approachable and professional to deal with. Complex selling arrangement, but By the Rules did not have any issues and we were completely satisfied with all our dealings and outcome. Would not hesitate to recommend By The Rules and will definitely be using them again.
