Seamless, smooth and simple. Fabulous communication and information. No question went unanswered. Jo kept us up to date with everything and we cannot fault her. She did a wonderful job and everything went as it should have. We will be using Jo’s expertise when we sell our house and will definitely be recommending Jo and By the Rules to our friends and family.
