Our purchase had a few special condition clauses in our contract and bytherules had the inhouse expertise to ensure that as the purchaser those conditions were being met, our complex case, their attention to detail and knowledge as well as timely responses ensured that our conveyancing went smooth, we would use them again and have already in the past and we would highly recommend them to others.
