Great support through a potentially difficult sale process due to water leak which could not have been identified prior to sale.
Buyers were understandably upset however unreasonably Angry They were unprepared as they had no insurance despite much advice prior to signing the contract
Amy and Amanda then had to handle the situation which was not helped by the the buyer’s solicitor
Many thanks to Amy and Amanda for making themselves available on short notice and a continuous basis
Without them, this would not have progressed as easily
