Steph Clay guided us through our settlement with calm and gentle professionalism. It was not a straight forward or easy settlement process with a number of hiccups. However Steph made me feel confident and more at ease at every twist and turn. Her lovely happy nature mixed with her serious concern to all the disruptions was so very much appreciated in moving us forward through each stage. I thank her sincerely for her professional lovely uncomplicated patient support ! Great customer service and highly recommend.
