It’s been great very professional experience and provided all required guidance when I secured a property via auction. Kieralee O’Brien is pleasant to deal with providing all guidance, required property searches, preparation of settlement statement, key important dates and very professional in dealing with over the phone.
Key advantage with BytheRules is providing a designated Conveyance Officer to manage all enquiries till settlement date. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
