Jo Walker from your Cairns branch provided us with very professional, very friendly and very efficient service starting at our first contact right through to completion of the sale of our property. She advised and guided us through every step required with great competence, knowledge and understanding. This applies in particular to Jo educating Post Office staff on how to complete my VOI correctly -via a desperate phone call to her from the postal counter where I had just been told by the postal staff member that my VOI could not be completed….the lack of knowledge by that postal staff having created needless frustration until Jo stepped in. Thank you Jo for a job well done! It was a pleasure dealing with you and we could not have been in better hands.
