We initially engaged a different firm to help with our house purchase but they pretty much abandoned us halfway through because the seller wanted to do a paper settlement and they would do electronic only. Bytherules came recommended by the real estate agent and you guys were fantastic taking this Halfway through and helping us with our first home. I barely had to do anything and everything was taken care of by you guys. Fantastic service and communication all through. Shoutout to Chloe Sweedman for helping us. Thanks guys!
