Chloe Sweedman recently represented my sister and me for the sale of our Mum’s property. Chloe provided continual advice, updates and professional council in an extremely stressful situation regarding lodgement of our documents with the Land Titles Office, continual requisitions and therefore missed settlement dates. Whilst keeping the purchaser’s Lawyer in the loop, Chloe ensured we were protected from any penalties due to the missed settlement dates.
Chloe worked tirelessly and settlement was finally achieved.
Chloe is a lovely person to deal with and I would not hesitate in recommending her and to other people and will happily send her my future property sale business.
