I thought Crystal was professional and knew what needed to be done in a logical timeframe. She followed up to ensure things we on track and made it clear of what evidence was required by the buyer to complete the transaction. She seems to have gotten the sale accepted by having everything she needed at the time of settlement. The sale was made difficult by conflicted sales agent.
