We have not needed to use a Solicitor since property purchase many years ago. We were impressed with the expertise and the way in which everything just seemed to flow like a well oiled car. We were both clueless so it was an immense relief to have the property sale in the hands of such professionals. It gave us complete peace of mind which at our stage of life was simply priceless.
