A bit of hit and miss initially with trying to contact Emily but it was the Xmas / new year period, but after we made contact and had a sit down in person education session all was trouble free and smooth. Hard copy and verbal comms was excellent, plus some nice cost saving compared to our solicitor. Will do again for our next sale.
