Gordon was professional throughout the entire process. He was well versed and kept us constantly updated. We weren’t required to initiate any conversations which was a welcomed change compared with our past experiences. What we appreciated the most was the fact that Gordon actually picked up the phone and called us to explain the process and discuss any challenges as they were presented.
