Emily was very thorough and knowledgeable. Only critique would be that it would have been good to understand when and what was being sent to the agent to terminate our sale. That would have allowed us to get in front and advise them it was coming. I am sure others appreciate not having to deal with that part of the transaction but we live in such a small community it makes sense not to burn any bridges. Otherwise, I would happily recommend Emily’s services to others.
