Amy was very helpful she kept me informed and explained the process as well as anything l was unsure of. She was only a phone call away and always returned calls promptly if she wasn’t able to answer. She made a very complicated process managable. She made me feel comfortable and heard. I was impressed with the level of care. The laws around real estate are far more complex than in New Zealand. I was never made to feel stupid by asking questions in fact l was encouragedto ask questions. I can’t recommend Amy and By the rules highly enough. When l purchase another property Amy will be my first call.
