We were referred to By The Rules by an Agent, but we were told to talk to Amy Thomas in particular. Well Amy and her team were simply amazing…. Always answering telephone calls and navigating a complex settlement with a professional and prompt mindset. They were always friendly and relaxed which made all the difference to a smooth result.
