Chantelle Pymble’s services is amazing. I am a vendor living in NZ, so I was worried that the settlement will be difficult and I might need to fly over to Brisbane a few times to close the deal. However, with Chantelle’s profession help, I didn’t need to worry about anything. She is caring and has great customer care; two days before the settlement date, she called me in person to double check the BSB and account number that I provided her is correct. I was so surprised that she took the extra step and effort to act on my best interest. Her communication is also absolutely amazing, she called me immediately after the property is settled to make sure that I am informed at every step. The best services that I have experienced.
