“During the conveyancing process I believe keeping my clients up to date with each step, by open communication, is the best way to ensure the sale or purchase goes smoothly. Ensuring everyone knows what is expected of them means no misunderstanding and documents are signed and lodged in time for settlement.
Having worked in conveyancing in Queensland since 2005, I have a great understanding of the processes and have assisted many clients buy and sell properties over these years (many times more than once).
I always tell my clients to call, email or message any question they have as no question is silly. I do sales and purchases daily, but you may only do it once in a lifetime”.
What would be your strongest traits?
Ensuring my clients are always kept up to date with what is happening during their conveyancing process. Making sure they understand the next steps and are ready in time for settlement.

I treat each transaction as if it were my own so as to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible.
What involvement do you have in your community?
My husband and I are always looking for local businesses to support.
What’s the most important part of conveyancing to ensure success?
Dates are the most important part of the conveyancing process. Ensuring each condition is met on time to keep the clients safe is critical.
What are your hobbies/interests?
I truly enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren.
