What’s the most important part of conveyancing to ensure success?
Dates are the most important part of the conveyancing process. Ensuring each condition is met on time to keep the clients safe is critical.
What are your hobbies/interests?
I truly enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren.

Jo is prompt, easy going, committed and expert in her work.
Jo understood my situation and circumstances, and needs and guided me with the right documents.
She drove from all the way from Sunshine Coast to witness the documents and ensured all documents are complete to satisfaction.
Since this was my first experience of buying a home in Brisbane, she guided me well through the various steps in the process. We are originally from India and lived for about a decade in singapore.
My situation was unique as I had recently started my new job, it was a holiday period between Christmas and new year, so I had to settle the loan with less available working days. Jo understood this and provided an option of extending settlement date if needed.
